General Pricing, Shipping, and Turntime Information

Rewinds are generally $70.00-$80.00 each. This price may vary due to difficulty. Shipping is $12.00 USPS Priority with $100.00 insurance inside the states. Additional insurance is available with notice…$1.00 per $100.00. International shipments will be more. I accept Paypal and credit cards but cash, checks, or money orders are also fine. Prepayment is not needed unless you are using checks or money orders.

New products typically ship inside of 10 days unless they are a custom design.

Turn time on rewinds will vary.

 Rush rewinds are an additionally $75.00. Please contact me directly for information and timing.

Most pickups can be either repaired or rewound but some are prohibitive due to the cost and a new custom or reissue can be the better solution. I will make every effort to repair prior to rewinding, but if a pickup can't be repaired I will replace the coil with a period-correct winding style and material. Once the pickup is complete it will be virtually indistinguishable from it's original condition both cosmetically and tonally unless modifications are necessary.

Other pickups require an aggressive approach causing them to possibly be distinguished from the originals. Examples of these would be Microfrets, Hagstrom, Gibson Rippers, Dearmonds and other pickups encased in epoxy or completely sealed in a plastic casing.
